Renovations In Erin.
Village homes and country properties, from just up the road in Orangeville.
Twenty minutes from Orangeville, and we know the roads.
AC Custom Reno is based in Orangeville, owned and operated by AJ Cappuccitti. The Town of Erin sits just south of us in Wellington County, about 20 minutes away. That covers the village of Erin, Hillsburgh, and the country properties in between. Close enough to keep a crew on site every day and to come back when you need us.
Erin has a lot of character to work with. The village and Hillsburgh have older homes with original details worth keeping, while the surrounding countryside has larger lots, hobby farms and custom builds tucked into the hills. Older homes tend to hide outdated wiring, plumbing and framing, and country homes come with wells and septic systems that shape what a renovation can include. We plan for both before we quote.
Permits for Erin projects are pulled through the Town of Erin building department. We take care of the drawings, applications and inspections from start to finish.
Every renovation, end to end.
One team, every trade, one schedule. Whether you're updating an older home in the village or expanding a country property, we run the whole build.
Kitchen Renovations
Kitchens that suit the house, from updated layouts in older village homes to larger custom kitchens for country properties around Erin and Hillsburgh.
Bathroom Remodels
Main baths and ensuites rebuilt with proper waterproofing and ventilation. For homes on septic, we review capacity before adding fixtures.
Basement Renovations
Older Erin basements often need moisture work and upgrades before they're ready to finish. We handle that first, then build out usable, code-compliant space.
Home Additions
Bump-outs, primary suites and second storeys, with careful tie-ins to older structures and attention to setbacks and well and septic on rural lots.
Erin, Hillsburgh and the surrounding area.
We travel south to Erin regularly from our Orangeville base, and build across Dufferin County, Caledon and the GTA.
