Privacy Policy
Who we are
AC Custom Reno Inc. ("AC Custom", "we") is a general contractor based at 76 Centennial Rd, Unit 5, Orangeville, Ontario. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through accustom.ca, our booking and estimate forms, and our emails.
What we collect
When you request an estimate, book a visit, use our AI visualizer, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, property address and information about your project. When you visit our website, we and our advertising partners may also collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare estimates, schedule and complete your project, send you the emails you asked for, and improve our website and services. We store it in our customer management system. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.
Our newsletter
We only email our newsletter, From the Job Site, to clients, people who have asked us about a project, and people who subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. It does not stop emails about a project you have with us.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our CRM, email, scheduling, accounting and website hosting providers) and only as needed to do that work, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for marketing emails, at any time. Contact us using the details below.
